Budget, Budget, Budget!
Where do you start?
The love of your life proposed to you, you said yes, and now you’re full of pre-wedding excitement. You’re getting married!
Although money is the last thing you want to think of right now, it’s the first thing you should think of. Weddings are expensive. While you may think you have time before you have to worry about it, the time will be on you before you know it. If you’re choosing not to have a wedding planner, or you don’t want to build a budget with your wedding planner, here are a few things to keep in mind while building that wedding budget.
ARE YOU A BRIDEZILLA IN THE MAKING?
ARE YOU A BRIDEZILLA IN THE MAKING?
Funny how some women change into bat s--t crazy the nanosecond an engagement ring goes on her finger.
Yes, we said bat s--t crazy. Otherwise perfectly kind, thoughtful, generous women or men depending on the gender can turn into unrecognizable raving people.
What happens? Having seen the phenomena first hand we would say some brides, grooms and even the parents become ‘drunk with power’. This wanton drunkenness spills over into almost EVERY aspect of dealing with these individuals.
We have at some level as a culture become much more accepting of rude and unruly behavior from others, fearing reprisal from the person either in the form of withdrawal of their affections or if doing business with them withdrawal of a ‘sale or contract’.
Kids caught in the moment clowning around at weddings

Children by their very nature can do the unexpected at any time including a wedding.
We have seen it all here at Artisan Photographics when it comes to the little people. They are often fun entertaining and the most wonderful addition as little ring bearer and flower girls. We were honored to have our photograph included by Huffington Post Weddings recently.
Our little one observed his family member’s wedding ceremony calmly with a slight chillin lean from the back of the church. What can you really say about this wonderful moment, we glad we captured it!
Quinceañera Magic: Creating Memories to Last a Lifetime

Angelina is 1 years old
Yvonne and David have been so excited to have their daughter photographed. We have been constant photography companions with them. From their engagement and family photos to their wedding and now their daughter Angelina’s one year old portrait session. We believe as photographers their experience is most upmost importance to us. Of course bringing joy through those images and feeling the truth behind capturing naked emotions.
MARIACHI BAND
Mariachi Band at Gianna's Queancinera celebration. Gianna had no idea that her parents had surprised her with a Traditional Mexican Mariachi Band. They had played 5 songs and entertained the guest and Gianna. It was fun, colorful, and heart felt. Their were unlookers that never had seen such entertainment.
Select your dream wedding dress
Let’s examine the choices of wedding dress tips. Nowadays, when you take a look at wedding gown color choices, almost anything goes. No matter what you may have heard, wearing something other than a white or ivory dress is no longer considered taboo. In fact, it has become quite common for some brides to wear colors such as baby blue and earth tones. Not only do these colors complement a darker skin tone very well, but they add a unique ethnic twist to the celebration. You can be as creative as you want to be with your dress by combining one of the following gown styles with your color choice. Selecting your wedding dress can be a difficult task and knowing what style you are looking for can be confusing.

Sara & Daniel 10yr renewal
Alan and Jessica photographed my husband and ten-year vow renewal. They showed up an hour early just to ensure they had plenty of time to get the rest of the details about the day and familiarize themselves with the church and reception hall. They were very patient with our 4 kids, ages 9, 5, and 2-year-old twins. No nap for the twins meant they were cranky, but they did an amazing job with their temper tantrums and all lol. The pictures were amazing and Im having a hard time choosing my favorites
Nadia & Mario
We are sharing an archived wedding in 2017. Mario and Nadia got married in 2016 with a handful of family and friends. They wanted to renew their vows a year later and have a party. They brought the party to the Soccer Club in Sunrise, Florida. Few formals at their church and the rest is history. Enjoy the photos and make a comment if you want to.
